About Bruce Mielziner, Attorney at Law in Cleveland, OH

After receiving a B.A. from Miami University in 1962, Bruce L. Mielziner attended Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he graduated in 1966. Mielziner then went on to partner with Gary G. Kabat. They opened the firm in 1969.

Since then, Mielziner has effectively represented numerous Cleveland, OH, business owners and individuals in a variety of legal matters, including:

  • Lead counsel in a large chapter 11 reorganization for a national finance and leasing company acting as a creditor.
  • Co-counsel with Kabat before the Ohio Supreme Court in 1975 seminal case, Walter v. National City Bank (42 Oh. St. 2d 524) pertaining to commercial bank setoffs versus bank attachment of creditor.
